All-Inclusive Dining

HOW DOES IT WORK - 1
• All-inclusive programs can be used at all our mentioned properties in Albufeira. • Smart casual dress code will be applicable for access to specialty restaurants. The hotel has right to refuse access in case not adhered to the dress codes. • Our procedure requires direct payment by cash or card at the outlet for any consumption of food & beverage which are not included in the package.

HOW DOES IT WORK - 2
• The “all inclusive” package is available only for the guests’ entire stay and the guests who cut short their stay will not be refunded. • Stag and Hen parties will not be entertained at the hotel. The hotel reserves right to refuse such bookings on arrival at the hotel. • Beach towels are available to rent at reception. Room towels cannot be taken to use by the pool or beach. • No refund for missed meals will be entertained nor can any benefits of the package be transferred to another guest.

• The hotel cannot be held responsible for the facilities, services and amenities that cannot be used due to weather conditions or due to circumstances beyond our control. • All the guests staying in the same room should be on “all inclusive” basis. • By Law Alcoholic drinks shall not be served to guests below 18 years of age. • Contact Reception or Customer Care Desk to book your theme dinner in one of our restaurants

INCLUDED BEVERAGES
The All Inclusive Program includes the following domestic beverages by the glass: • Draft beer • House Wine • National Port Wine • Soft drinks by the glass • Water by the glass • Coffee, tea and milk • MGM Premium Rum • MGM Premium Vodka • MGM Premium Gin • MGM Premium Whisky • MGM Premium Brandy

NOT INCLUDED
• Imported Drinks by Glass • Bottled Mineral Water • Cocktails • Airport and local transfers • Any other tours, recreation or sports activities
(land and water based) facilities not stated herein as all Inclusive.
• Sea Moon restaurant, Piano Bar, Sun Deck Bar & Sky bar services can be availed at additional charges. • Aqua restaurant open for breakfast and lunch, services can be availed at additional charges.

RESPONSIBLE USE POLICY
• All products must be consumed within the restaurant or bar area and cannot be taken to the room, lobby or any other area outside the outlet zones. Regular prices may be charged to guests who are seen taking drinks and food to their rooms.
• Each guest can order one drink or meal per person at a time.

RESPONSIBLE USE POLICY
• All-inclusive guests are not permitted to order drinks or food for non-all-inclusive guests. A daily fee can be charged until the end of the stay to any all-inclusive guest that is found not adhering to this rule. • F&B staff may and will refuse to serve drinks to any guests showing signs of alcohol intoxication or loud and inappropriate behavior. • The management reserves the right to cancel the all-inclusive programme for any guest who does not respect the rules as established above.

WRISTBANDS
• A wrist band will be given from 12:00 hrs on the check-in day which should be worn at all times as an identification of entitlement for the all inclusive services and will be valid untill 12:00 hrs on the day of check-out. • Guests without wristbands may be denied access to all-inclusive services. • In case of loss of the wrist band a surcharge of EUR 25 will be charged for a new one.
