ARTICLE 1. DEFINITION AND SCOPE OF THE “BEST PRICE GUARANTEE”
1.1 Conditions for Applying the “Best Price Guarantee”
The “Best Price Guarantee” applies if the following conditions are met-
* Find a public price for the same hotel, dates, length of stay, room type (category, size, beds, view), and booking conditions (refundable or non-refundable, payment terms, cancellation policies) at a lower rate available for booking.
* This lower price must include the same elements (taxes, VAT, and services) on a third-party website (“Third-Party Booking Channel”).
If your booking meets these criteria and is confirmed as eligible by MGM Muthu Hotels, they will match the third-party price and provide an additional discount: 10%

· Initial rate on the MGM Muthu Hotels channel: €200.
· Third-party rate: €180.
· Final rate: €162
1.2 Exclusions from the “Best Price Guarantee”
The guarantee does not apply in the following cases:
ARTICLE 2. ELIGIBLE HOTELS
All MGM Muthu Hotels are eligible for the “Best Price Guarantee,” unless specified otherwise.
ARTICLE 3. CURRENCY AND PRICE DIFFERENCES
If the third-party rate is listed in a different currency:

· Minimum required third-party rate: €195 (difference of €5) or €190 (difference of 5%).
ARTICLE 4. PROCEDURE FOR CLAIMING THE GUARANTEE
1. Claim Form: Complete the form with accurate information.
2. Screenshot Required: Include a screenshot showing the date, rate, booking terms, and hotel name.
3. Submission Deadline: Submit within 24 hours of booking confirmation and at least 48 hours before arrival.
ARTICLE 5. PROCESSING OF CLAIMS
· If Approved: You’ll receive an email confirming the adjusted rate.
· If Denied: You’ll receive an email explaining the reason for denial.
ARTICLE 6. PAYMENT AT THE HOTEL
· The adjusted rate will be billed at check-out (excluding additional services).
· Refunds will be processed according to the initial payment method and timing.
ARTICLE 7. LIABILITY
MGM Muthu Hotels is not liable for costs resulting from third-party bookings or cancellations.
ARTICLE 8. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
MGM Muthu Hotels reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Current terms will apply to requests submitted at the time of booking. Requests already submitted will be processed under the terms in effect when the booking was made.
