Our friendly and professional team are committed to ensure your stay is indelible. Your “All-Inclusive programme” is scheduled to start at check in day and ends on the day of your departure at 10:00 a.m. To facilitate your stay the following arrangements are served in your interest.

During “Check-In” a wristband with your key room card shall be provided which acts as your free-pass in the Hotel and shall also identify you to all our staff so best utilised if kept on at all times till the time of your check out.

General Rules:

  1. Any dish or beverage not included in the in the All inclusive program shall be paid by the customer.
  2. After 22.30pm all drinks from the All Inclusive can be obtained with a 30% discount.
  3. You have to show your wristband to the staff before using any service or purchasing drinks. As per the management policy all inclusive guests without wristbands will not be served.
  4. All products must be consumed within the restaurant area and cannot be carried to the rooms. We have the right to charge the normal prices direct to the room. If we see anyone taking any food or drink it back to their rooms.
  5. One drink per person can be requested.
  6. If an ALL INCLUSIVE guest is seen sharing or taking food or drink for a NON ALL INCLUSIVE guest the full rate of ALL INCLUSIVE for the entire duration of stay will be charged to that person´s room who is offering it.
  7. It is forbidden to serve alcoholic drinks to children under 18 years old;
  8. The Management has the right to refuse to serve drinks to any guest who show signs of alcoholic drunkenness and appropriate actions would be taken.
  9. The Management reserves the right to cancel the Programme of "All Inclusive" to any guest who does not fulfil the rules as established above.
  10. Grand Muthu Golf Plaza Hotel & Spa will only serve Lunch and Dinner for the ALL INCLUSIVE Guests; other facilities are not included on the ALL INCLUSIVE service.
  11. ALL INCLUSIVE does not include imported beverages. Cocktails and A la Carte Menus.
  12. Alcoholic drinks are not included during lunch and dinner except Beer and Wine.
  13. Theme nights are not included.
