1. eDistribution Manager Junior

Job Summary:
The eDistribution Manager Junior is responsible for managing and optimizing the distribution channels and strategies for the hotel group in Kenya.
This includes ensuring that the hotel’s inventory, pricing, and promotions are effectively managed across all online travel agents (OTAs), global distribution systems (GDS), brand websites, and other third-party platforms.
The role involves strategic partnership management, data analysis, and continuous improvement of online presence to maximize revenue and market share.
Key Responsibilities:
- Channel Management:
- Oversee the distribution of the hotel’s inventory across all channels including OTAs, GDS, brand websites, and third-party platforms.
- Manage channel partner relationships with OTAs and GDS providers.
- Rate & Inventory Optimization:
- Work closely with the revenue management team to implement pricing strategies.
- Ensure best practices in terms of rate parity and avoid discrepancies across channels.
- Monitor and manage inventory across channels, ensuring maximum visibility and occupancy.
- Performance Analysis:
- Analyze channel performance and revenue data to optimize distribution strategy.
- Create regular performance reports for senior management with recommendations for improving eDistribution efficiency.
- Conduct competitor analysis to keep abreast of industry trends and adjust strategy as needed.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth guest experiences across all booking channels, reviews and content score/management.
- Team management (leave management, peer to peer training, daily meeting, decentralization of task based on region).
- Adhoc reports on request.
- Technology & System Management:
- Stay updated with the latest trends and innovations in eDistribution technologies.
- Oversee the implementation of distribution systems (channel managers, CRS, PMS) and ensure they are fully functional and aligned with the hotel’s objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2 years) in a similar role within the hotel industry or travel distribution sector.
- Strong understanding of hotel revenue management, OTAs, GDS, and channel management systems.
- Experience with CRS, PMS, and channel managers.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge digital marketing, and direct booking strategies is an advantage.
- Experience about Kenya
Skills:
- Proficiency in using distribution management systems and hotel management software.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse and interpret complex data sets.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

The Travel Assistant is responsible for organize and book the transportation and choose accommodations that best meet the company's needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and coordinate travel booking, hotel reservations, transportation and other travel-related services;
- Ensure that all trips comply with company travel policies, optimizing costs and efficiency;
- Provide assistance to employees during travel, including resolving problems or emergencies related to flight changes, cancellations, or other unforeseen difficulties;
- Performing administrative tasks.
- Conduct competitor analysis to keep abreast of industry trends and adjust strategy as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (1/2 years) in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English (level C1) written and spoken
