The property is a great destination for a lively beach holiday as it offers direct access to Praia da Oura beach, less than 200 meters away.
For All-Inclusive reservations, a charge of €10 per day towards usage and access to the kitchenette. This charge needs to be paid at reception.

Damage Deposit Policy:
A deposit of €100.00 (payable in cash or by credit card) will be required upon arrival. This will be refunded at check-out, provided there is no damage to the apartment. Specific conditions may apply depending on the type of reservation.
Due to the unique architecture and layout of the resort, which includes steps, slopes, and varying levels throughout the complex, the property may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Stag, hen, or similar celebration group bookings are not accepted, as they may disturb the family environment we aim to deliver. Should such groups arrive under separate or combined reservations, the hotel reserves the right to refuse check-in without refund.

The Clock Tower of Albufeira, "Torre do Relogio" in Portuguese, is located on Bernadino de Sousa Street. It is considered to be the logo of Albufeira by the people of the town. The tower, once part of a fortified hospital complex, was built in the 18th century. It is square-shaped with a clock and arched portals on each side.
