Eligibility: This campaign is open to individuals who have a significant following on social media platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc. Participants must be 18 years or older.
Application Process: To participate, influencers must submit an application providing details of their social media profiles, audience demographics, engagement rates, and proposed content ideas for promoting the hotel.
Selection Criteria: The hotel will select influencers based on the quality of their content, audience reach, engagement rates, relevance to the hotel's brand, and alignment with its values and target market.
Agreement: Selected influencers will be required to sign an agreement outlining the terms of collaboration, including deliverables, compensation (if any), usage rights, and disclosure requirements.
Deliverables: Influencers are expected to create high-quality content (posts, stories, videos, etc.) showcasing their experience at the hotel. The content should highlight the hotel's amenities, services, and unique selling points.
Disclosure: Influencers must clearly disclose their partnership with the hotel in all promotional content, in accordance with applicable advertising regulations and guidelines.
Usage Rights: The hotel retains the right to repurpose and use the influencer-generated content for marketing and promotional purposes, with proper credit given to the influencer.
Compensation: Compensation, if provided, will be agreed upon between the hotel and the influencer and will be outlined in the collaboration agreement.
Accommodation and Expenses: The hotel may provide complimentary accommodation and/or cover certain expenses for the duration of the influencer's stay, as outlined in the agreement.
Code of Conduct: Influencers are expected to conduct themselves professionally and represent the hotel in a positive light. Any behavior deemed inappropriate or damaging to the hotel's reputation may result in termination of the collaboration.
Cancellation: The hotel reserves the right to cancel the collaboration at any time, for any reason, with prior notice to the influencer.
Indemnification: Influencers agree to indemnify and hold the hotel harmless against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of their content or actions during the collaboration.
Modification: The hotel reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, with notice to the influencers.
By participating in this campaign, influencers agree to abide by these terms and conditions and any additional requirements specified by the hotel.
